In an increasingly competitive market, private landlords and sellers can also benefit by dressing properties to achieve the highest rent, let and sell their properties quickly.
In order to provide the best quality product, we first meet with you to understand the brief; what challenges do you have with the property? What is the demographic you are aiming at? Once this is understood, a plan is formulated and discussed with you.
If furniture is already present, the property can be enhanced with soft furnishings (bedding, lamps, mirrors, pictures etc.
For a full list of our soft furnishings please see our FAQ.) The rooms are then photographed and there is the option to have a video recorded. Should the owner wish to keep the set up for viewings, there is the option to rent the soft furnishings.
